The use of this website is subject to terms between Artemisia Holiday Rentals at 22 Low Farm Place, Moulton Park Business Park, Northampton, NN3 6HY England (referred to as “us” “our” or “we” in these terms) and the client using this website, making an enquiry or booking via this website (referred to as “you” or “your” in these terms).

Terms of Use

You may use this website to enquire or to book your rental or holiday accommodation and use of our website for reference providing you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our website or its booking system. If you use our website, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. We reserve the right to change these terms of use by posting any changes on the website. The new terms will be effective immediately they are posted.

Bookings

We act as agents for the owners of the accommodation which we describe on this form and our website and in other material which we may supply to you. Any booking made through us gives rise to a contract between you and the owner of the rental accommodation. The terms of the contract with the owner of the rental accommodation, including terms relating to cancellation and payment, which we set out on this document of your booking confirmation.

Payments

Deposit: A ?100.00 per week, per accommodation unit booking deposit is payable with the completed booking form.
Balance: Final balance payments are due for payment (either) 8 weeks before arrival for self catering rentals or on arrival in Turkey at the accommodation for half board hotel bookings. (Balance payment details will be confirmed on your final booking confirmation or with a balance payment reminder).
 
Breakage/Security Deposit: ?100.00 deposit is due on arrival at our resort reception, as stated in these booking form terms and conditions. This payment is due upon arrival at our resort reception to cover any potential breakages, unpaid bar or food bills of self catering guests using Royal Park Artemisia Club Hotel or a requirement for excessive house cleaning on your departure and excessive usage of air conditioning or electricity. We operate a fair use policy for electrical consumption of ?5.00 GBP value of usage per day which has been based monitoring past client’s average usage over the 2010 season.

To avoid any part or all of your breakage or security deposit being retained, we request all self catering guests be considerate in using the facilities of the villa or apartment and that no accommodation provided towels be used on the beach or around the swimming pool. We also request that when going out of the accommodation that all water taps, lights, cooking facilities and air conditioning be switched off.

YOUR BREAKAGE DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE on checkout provided there are no charges due or items outstanding, as detailed in the 2 paragraphs above.

We also request all parents of young children pay particular attention to their child’s safety around the pool and sun terrace areas. (PLEASE BE AWARE… There are NO SWIMMING POOL LIFE GUARDS in attendance) Parents are reminded of their responsibilities for their children’s well being.

This Reservation Agreement is between Artemisia Holiday Rentals at 22 Low Farm Place, Moulton Park Business Park, Northampton, NN3 6HY England (referred to as “us” “our” or “we” in these terms) and the client booking or visitor to our website (referred to as “you” or “your” in these terms).

Warranties

We have taken all reasonable care to ensure that the information contained on this booking form and on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all the information on our site is accurate and we do not give any warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, express or implied, relating to information contained on our website or on any website to which it is linked. Further, we do not warrant that our website will be free of error or that the website and the server are free of computer viruses or other harmful applications. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We have a firm commitment to your right to privacy. This is why we have set out these privacy guidelines. They may need to change from time to time and we will post changes to our website page when necessary.

Information we gather

You must appreciate that we need to gather some personal information from you when you use our services. The full details of the information we need are set out on the customer booking request form. This information is collected in good faith and will not be passed on to any other organisation or used in any way other than to inform you of our contractual arrangements or our products and services employed for the supply of our services for you. This information is used to provide you with information about available accommodation and to make bookings on your behalf with the owners of the rental accommodation. We do not send marketing material to you unless you request information from us. The information that is gathered from visitors to this site is not sold, made available to or otherwise distributed to third parties except for the purposes of providing you the contractual services required, except where disclosure of the information is required by law. Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy: If the renter cancels their reservation/contract the following charges will apply:

Cancellation within 2 weeks of the reserved arrival date: Deposit & 50% of the balance value

Cancellation within 4 weeks of the reserved arrival date: Deposit & 40% of the balance value

Cancellation within 6 weeks of the reserved arrival date: Deposit & 30% of the balance value

Cancellation up to 10 weeks of the reserved arrival date: Deposit only
